Project Description
A project commissioned by Ben-Gurion University for the construction of student dormitories on the university’s northern campus.
The project covers an area of about 35,000 square meters, and includes the simultaneous construction of 14 buildings with 5 floors each (ground floor and above it 4 additional floors), a total of 580 apartments containing about 1,000 beds.
Development area approx. 23,000 sq.m., including environmental development, landscape, overhead parking lots, and execution of all the required infrastructure.
